Can I choose my sitter?Updated 16 days ago

When you make a booking, you'll have the option to choose which sitter attends your booking from those that have applied for it, by selecting 'Let me choose'.

We'll then contact your Top 3 Favourites first, in order from your 1st to your 3rd Favourite, before we contact your other Favourites to ask if they're available for your booking. If they’re unavailable, we’ll reach out to other approved sitters local to you.

As soon as a sitter applies for your booking we'll let you know. You'll be able to view their profile and decide whether you'd like them to attend your booking.*

But be quick. If you see a sitter you love then be sure to accept them into your booking before they’re snapped up by another family.


Please note:

'Let me choose' is not available for short-notice bookings.

*Typically you have 2 to 5 days to make your selection after the first sitter applies – less for short notice bookings. If you haven't selected a sitter, don’t worry — we’ll carefully choose one for you to ensure you have childcare in place.
