Can I choose my sitter?Updated 9 months ago

When you make a booking with more than 24 hours' notice, you'll have the option to choose which sitter attends your booking from those that have applied for it, by selecting 'Let me choose'.

We'll then contact your Top 3 Favourites first, in order from your 1st to your 3rd Favourite, before we contact your other Favourites to ask if they're available for your booking. If they’re unavailable, we’ll reach out to other approved sitters local to you.

As soon as a sitter applies for your booking we'll let you know. You'll be able to view their profile and decide whether you'd like them to attend your booking.*

But be quick. If you see a sitter you love then be sure to accept them into your booking before they’re snapped up by another family.

If there are less than 24 hours to go before your booking starts and you haven’t accepted a sitter into your booking, then we’ll carefully select a sitter for you and will email you with all their details so that your child-free plans can go off without a hitch.
