Can you explain 'Let me choose'?Updated a month ago

When you select 'Let me choose', you'll be able to select which sitter attends your booking from those that have applied.*

We'll always contact your Top 3 Favourites first, in order from your 1st to your 3rd Favourite, before we contact your other Favourites to ask if they're available for your booking. If they’re unavailable, we’ll reach out to other approved sitters local to you.

Once we’ve found sitters who are available for your booking, we’ll let you know and you can view their details and select who you'd like.

If you see a sitter you love then be sure to accept them into your booking before they’re snapped up by another family!

* Please note: Typically you have 2 to 5 days to make your selection after the first sitter applies – less for short notice bookings. If you haven't selected a sitter, don’t worry — we’ll carefully choose one for you to ensure you have childcare in place.
