Sitters supports many families with children who have additional needs, assisting them in finding the appropriate childcare.

While we do not filter based on a sitter's childcare experience or qualifications, we've developed effective methods to meet your unique requirements when selecting a sitter.

In the 'My Sitters' section of your account, you can explore sitter profiles and designate favourites, prioritising them for your booking requests. If your favourite sitters are unavailable, we'll then look for an available sitter with the relevant experience of working with your child's age group.

Once a sitter has been confirmed (their details are always sent in the confirmation email), the opportunity to connect with each other in advance enables both parties to discuss any special needs and finer details of the booking beforehand, ensuring everyone is comfortable with the arrangements.
