What should I include in Booking Notes?Updated 15 days ago
What are Booking Notes?
This is where you can share details about the care your family needs for this specific booking.
Your booking notes will be shared with sitters interested in attending this booking, as well as your children’s names, ages and any medical conditions/additional needs that you've told us about.
It lets our sitters understand your expectations and helps them determine whether they’re the right fit for your family’s needs.
You might like to include:
- Activities or playtime you’d like the sitter to enjoy with your children.
- Your preferences around TV or screen time.
- Any pick-ups, drop-offs, or trips outside the house.
- Whether the sitter will need to prepare or serve food for your children.
- If your child is unwell (such as a cold, chickenpox, or an upset stomach).
- Details of any medications that the sitter may need to administer during the booking.
- Details of any children on your account that will not be at this specific booking.
- Details of any children outside your immediate family that will be attending the booking.
- Parking or travel instructions.
- Anything else you’d like the sitter to know to ensure your booking goes smoothly.
Please note: All Booking Notes must maintain a respectful tone and refrain from using discriminatory language. All communication should be appropriate and inclusive.
Where can I add any Health & Care Details
Please avoid including important health and care information — such as additional needs/SEN, allergies, medical conditions, or disabilities — in your Booking Notes.
You can add essential Health & Care Details for your children on the My Family page during registration.
Alternatively, once you've completed registration, please go to My Account, select My Family, then tap 'Add Health & Care Details'.
