Yes. Your sitter will phone or send you a message 60-90 minutes before the booking (or the evening before if it's a morning booking starting before 10am).
This is your reassurance that everything is under control and for the sitter to check directions if necessary.
If you haven't heard from your sitter, or would like to discuss any specific details about the booking that you feel they should be aware of, then you can message your sitter directly via the Booking Details page.
