Can I cancel my membership?Updated 10 months ago

You can cancel your membership at any time via the Sitters app. 

  • At the bottom of your app screen, select 'More' and tap 'My account'.
  • Then select 'My membership' and follow the instructions.
  • You'll receive an email to confirm your membership cancellation.

And, if you need us in the meantime, you can instantly reactivate your account at any time by making a booking.

N.B. If you have any future bookings, you won't be able to cancel or pause your membership unless these bookings have been cancelled.
