Can I change the times of my booking?Updated a year ago

You can make time changes to your booking up to 90 minutes before your booking starts, by visiting My Bookings It's free to change the start/end times of your booking.

If we have already filled your booking and confirmed your sitter to you, then we'll contact your sitter to ask if they can accommodate your time change request.

If they are unable to accommodate your time change request, then we'll reoffer your booking to sitters in your area, starting with your Top 3 and Favourites first. 

We'll let you know as soon as we've found an available sitter for your family (although we are unable to make any guarantees).

N.B. If you would like to change the date or address of a booking, you'll need to cancel the original booking and create a new one.
