How do I pay my sitter?Updated 9 months ago

Sitters is 100% cashless, with all payments taken via the Sitters app at the end of the booking.

Once you've saved your payment card to your Sitters account, you're all set to book childcare.

The hourly booking rate for each booking will always be shown in your confirmation before the booking takes place, so you know exactly how much the booking will cost.

Once the booking has been completed, all that's left to do is pay the sitter for their time using our secure app.

And, if you arrive home earlier or later than expected, or you arranged for your sitter to arrive earlier than originally booked, then you can update the start and end times of the booking on the Sitters app before paying your sitter for the exact time they worked.

If for some reason you don't get a chance to make payment at the end of booking, Stripe will automatically process the payment 24 hours later. 

Please note, unfortunately we are unable to accept Childcare vouchers or Child Tax Credits.
