I've already paid my sitter but you've charged me again?Updated 9 months ago

Sitters is 100% cashless and payment to your sitter should be made at the end of the booking via the Sitters app. If for some reason you don't get a chance to make payment at the end of booking, Stripe will automatically process the payment 24 hours later.

We ask our sitters not to accept payment outside of the app (as payment is taken automatically and you will be paying your sitter twice). 

If however you have already paid your sitter outside of the app (via cash for example) and you have been charged automatically, please let us know as soon as possible via our contact form so that we can do our best to rectify this.
