I can't download the app?

I've already paid my sitter but you've charged me again?

Sitters is 100% cashless and payment to your sitter should be made at the end of the booking via the Sitters app. If for some reason you don't get a chance to make payment at the end of booking, Stripe will automatically process the payment 24 hours
