After each booking, we'll ask you to leave a review about your sitter. Your feedback is so valuable because:

• It helps us maintain high standards: Your insights help us ensure every sitter continues to provide exceptional care.
• It informs future parents: Positive reviews can give other families peace of mind when choosing a sitter.
• It recognises great sitters: Your feedback allows us to acknowledge and appreciate our amazing sitters!

Leaving a review is easy:

1. Open the Sitters app and tap 'Bookings' on the bottom menu.
2. Tap the 'Past' tab.
3. Select the specific booking you'd like to review.
4. Tap the 'Leave a review' button to share your experience.
