What are Top 3 and Favourite sitters?Updated 9 months ago

It's important to let us know which sitters are your Favourites, so that we can offer your bookings to them first.

When you make a booking, we'll offer it first to your Top 3 Favourites (in order from your 1st to your 3rd Favourite - #1, #2, #3). If they're not available, we'll offer it to your other Favourites. And if they’re also unavailable, we’ll carefully select other approved sitters suitable for your family and offer it to them.

To view approved sitters in your area and add them to your Favourites, go to 'My Sitters' and select the 'Recommended' tab at the top of the screen.  Then tap the heart icon and choose whether you'd like to add them as Top 3 Favourite (#1, #2 or #3), or as a regular Favourite.
