What if I don't want a certain sitter?Updated 10 months ago

We understand that childcare is a very personal choice. That's why, should you feel that a sitter isn't the right fit for your family, you can choose to add them to your 'Not for us' list, where you can choose from 2 options:

• You never want us to offer your bookings to that sitter
• You only want to offer them your bookings if there are no other sitters available

To add a sitter to your 'Not for us' list:

1. Tap the 'My sitters' icon at the bottom of your app screen.
2. Select the correct booking address from the dropdown.
3. Tap the sitter profile card
4. Tap 'Add to my Not For Us list' and choose from the 2 options.
