What if my sitter is late?Updated 9 months ago

For your reassurance, your sitter should get in contact with you 60-90 minutes before the booking (or the evening before if it's a morning booking starting before 10am). This is your reassurance that everything is under control and for the sitter to check directions if necessary. 

If you haven't heard from your sitter, please contact your sitter directly on the contact details provided on your Booking Details page in the app. 

If your sitter arrives late to the booking, when you pay your sitter at the end of the booking, you can amend the booking start time on the payment screen so that the correct payment can be made.

Please note, however short your booking was, we ask that you pay your sitter for a minimum of 2 hours.
